Here is a set of tools to help you with the new data for the US, Canada, and Mexico. There are three packages, Smartphone, Pocket PC, and Desktop. Get them here.

Note: The download I have posted is for the Desktop. In the What Others Are Downloading, the Pocket PC and Smartphone downloads are there. Download your respective one and you are on your way.
