UPDATE: If you read the comments, someone posted a torrent of the Windows RT 8.1 ISO with the Surface drivers already inlines. Check the comments for the Magnet link, and skip steps 2, 3, and 14. I upgraded my Surface RT to Windows RT 8.1 RTM tonight
